Originally from a western Pennsylvania, Kevin spent the first part of his professional career in banking (Barclays and Citigroup) in NYC. He helped start Citigroup’s Pride employee groups nationally, and represented Citi on the Boards of Out & Equal Workplace Advocates and GenderPAC/True Child, and on the Human Rights Campaign’s Business Council. In 2009, he accepted a job with Out & Equal, relocating to San Francisco. In 2013, he left O&E to spend less time commuting from Petaluma and more time becoming involved locally. He bought the FASTSIGNS Santa Rosa franchise early in 2014, adding a second location in Petaluma later that year.
In addition to his membership in the LGBTQI Giving Circle, Kevin chairs the Sonoma County Commission for Human Rights, and serves on the Boards of the Petaluma Chamber of Commerce and the Sonoma Valley Chorale. He enjoys singing with the Valley of the Moon Chamber Ensemble, is active with St John’s Episcopal Church Petaluma, and is a member of Leadership Santa Rosa’s best class ever (XXXIII).
Kevin earned his JD/MBA at Washington University in St Louis. He and his husband, Tony, recently celebrated 21 years together and are honored to serve cats Simon and Stella.
